When we created Osmo, one of our guiding principles was that the studio should not only serve as an entity for business purposes but also as a space for sharing, where everyone could broaden the horizons of their knowledge. Until then, each of us had individually built our own universe of references, sources, and interests. It was time to bring these together, creating a shared culture that would be valuable both for today’s team and for new members joining us in the future. So far, so good—everything sounded great. But how could we gather everyone’s inspirations into one space? How could we ensure it didn’t turn into a dusty, unused repository? How could we create meaningful content streams? If you’re reading these lines, it’s because we’ve found (improvable) answers to these dilemmas. We’ve decided to compile a selection of all these contents into a printed version in L*OSMONAUTA.
