The second time is always the hardest. One of our mantras is to make the studio not just an entity serving projects, but also a space for sharing where everyone can broaden the horizons of their knowledge. Each of us individually builds our own universe of references, sources, and interests, which we then share informally. We felt the need to create a system to collect and categorize all these contents, making them a shared resource. This way, we aim to build an internal culture that adds value both for today’s team and for the newcomers of tomorrow, freeing the dissemination of knowledge from the here and now. Each of us saves content we consider most interesting for collective knowledge using tags. The content is stored in a repository where we can search by thematic streams and keywords. Twice a week, an automated e-newsletter keeps us updated on the latest uploads.
